I led the visual design for Zoom’s People Hub, a companywide intranet redesign spanning more than 70 pages. The work brought a large set of employee resources into one recognizable system as part of a broader internal digital transformation.

Problem
The scale of the content made clarity the central design problem. Employees needed to understand where they were, find resources quickly, and recognize different content categories without the experience becoming visually fragmented across dozens of pages.
Solution
I developed an organizational color system, modular site tiles, page patterns, and supporting illustrations that could scale across the full hub. I also created the launch campaign, including social posts, virtual backgrounds, storyboards, and a hype video, so employees understood the new system before and during rollout.
Impact
The People Hub launched companywide and scaled beyond 70 pages, giving employees a clearer and more comprehensive way to navigate internal resources. Internal teams responded positively to both the clarity of the system and the breadth of information it brought together.
