I led the design work for Zoom Cares, Zoom’s philanthropic arm, as the organization refreshed its public presence alongside the broader Zoom rebrand. The project brought its digital experience, reporting, social content, and campaign assets into one recognizable system.

Problem

Zoom Cares needed to communicate a wide range of philanthropic initiatives without feeling disconnected from the parent brand. The system had to feel distinct enough to carry a human story, while remaining flexible enough for the team to reuse across programs and years.

Solution

I created a cohesive visual language built around illustration, clear lockups, and modular branded assets. I applied it across the public-facing experience, the 2022 Social Impact Report, virtual backgrounds, and a repeatable social graphics system so the team could extend the work consistently.

Impact

The identity system became a durable public-facing framework for Zoom Cares as the program grew. Since 2020, Zoom Cares has distributed over $70 million through cash grants, product donations, and employee-led giving, and committed $10 million to AI for Good. My work gave that expanding impact a consistent way to be communicated through the public site, reports, social content, and campaign assets.
