I led Google’s first marketing activation in Cuba. The overarching goal was to bring technology to an island to harvest a relationship between Google and the people of Cuba.
We decided to produce a short film in virtual reality about the life of Jose Martí, a national Cuban hero who spent 15 year of his life living in NYC. Through the magic of VR we would bring Martí’s story and his second home to life.
I served as Marketing lead for the live activation, Creative Director for the film, and designer for the promotional media and VR headsets.
